How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you've ordered a custom-built complete, please allow an extra day for our team to professionally assemble and grip your board.
What is your return policy on decks and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and un-skated items in their original packaging. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or assembled, it cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Slugger Skate Store ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, we recommend 7.75" - 8.25" for technical street skating and 8.25" - 9.0" for transition and park skating. Check our 'Sizing Guide' page for a detailed breakdown based on shoe size and height.
